What are your standards for COVID to ensure my health & safety?

MiniLuxe takes the health and safety of all designers and clients seriously. All MiniLuxe Designers have completed training and will continue to practice the highest level of disinfection and sanitation.

To ensure designer safety during the service, we are asking all clients to adhere to CDC and state guidelines. If you have recently been ill, in contact with someone who is ill, or traveled out of the area, please do not request a booking within 10 days.

What is MiniLuxe Anywhere?

With over 3 million manicures and pedicures performed over the last decade in our studios across the country, we're excited to now offer mobile manicure & pedicure services.

Can I have my services outside?

MiniLuxe offers services intended to be provided indoors. Outdoor requests are accepted by request only, as temperatures significantly affect the products used for nail services.

Do I need to schedule in advance?

We ask that you pre-book your appointment using our Mobile App to ensure a touchless experience from booking to payment.

Can I add multiple guests?

Yes, you may book up to 3 guests by selecting the drop down on the booking page. You may book guests with one designer one after the other or multiple designers for an additional fee.

What about parking for my provider?

When booking, we ask that you provide detailed parking information. We will do our best to find free parking. However, if your designer is unable to locate free parking, you may be charged for parking fees once their receipt has been submitted.

What is your cancellation policy for MiniLuxe Anywhere appointments?

We understand things happen and you may need to reschedule your experience! Please let us know ASAP and we will work with you to reschedule.

• We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total amount to the credit card on file. For cancellations without prior notice, we will charge the full service amount.

• If you need to delay the start time of your services A per-minute wait time fee will begin 15 minutes after your designer arrives at your location

• For travel outside of 20 miles, you may charged an additional travel fee.

 

What types of polish does MiniLuxe offer?

We offer three types of polish for hands and feet: MiniLuxe Pure Polish, Performance Polish, and LED Gel Polish. Our colors are curated seasonally to reflect the latest runway trends.

MiniLuxe Pure Polish is 8-free. What does that mean?

MiniLuxe Pure Polish is ingredient-conscious without sacrificing quality. Our formula is 8-free, meaning it’s free of the following eight most toxic ingredients typically found in nail polish: Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate), Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, TPHP (Triphenyl Phosphate), Ethyl Tosylamide, and Xylene.

Do you service acrylics or dip powder?

To maintain our clean standards, we do not remove work with acrylic or hard gel, including dip powder and gel dip powder. We strive to perform all services in a safe and healthy way and only remove light-setting gel polish at this time. We have a healthy gel extension service that may be requested directly by emailing anywhere@miniluxe.com.

What if I have gel on my nails?

For clients with existing light-setting gel polish on manicures or pedicures, please be sure to book your service with gel removal. This is an additional 15 minute service that ensures we have enough time to remove your gel in the safest way possible. If you do not select gel removal we cannot guarantee your services will be performed in full.

How do I book services for my little one?

Our listed services are for ages 10 and up. You may request our TeenyLuxe services directly with anywhere@miniluxe.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Is gratuity calculated into the price?

Gratuity is not included in the quoted price. It will be added automatically after the service at 25% of the service total by your designer.

Can I pay with cash?

MiniLuxe is cashless for Anywhere service payments but you may tip your designer in cash!

Do you remove ingrown nails?

MiniLuxe does not address ingrown nails. If you need assistance with one, we recommend consulting with a podiatrist or certified medical nail technician.

Do you work on nails with fungus?

MiniLuxe does not provide services where fungus is present. To properly address nails with fungus we recommend consulting with a podiatrist or a licensed medical nail technician.

What if there is an issue with my service?

Please contact us within 48 hours of a completed service providing multiple photos of the current state of your nails: anywhere@miniluxe.com.

Our customer service team strives to respond to all inquires within 24 hours. For emails sent on Saturday and Sunday, please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.

What if my provider has not arrived?

Please allow a 15-minute window from your scheduled start time for your Designer to arrive. While this is not a common occurrence, if your designer has not arrived within 15 minutes of the start time, please send a text to 682-267-8640 and we will respond immediately!

Do you cater to groups (4 or more, bridal showers, birthdays etc.) or corporate events?

Absolutely! Please contact us at anywhere@miniluxe.com or submit an event request here Miniluxe Events Form and we will be happy to assist.

For group events, prices differ based on size of your group.
